Jamie Smith is the President and Chief General Contractor, bringing over 15 years of comprehensive experience in building, real estate, and development to East Tennessee Builder. A seasoned entrepreneur and investor, he leads the company with integrity, innovation, and a profound passion for creating custom homes and communities that elevate everyday living across East Tennessee.

Johnna Smith

Design & Selections Director
Johnna brings a sharp eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful, functional living spaces. She guides clients through every stage of the design and selections process, ensuring their vision is brought to life with clarity and confidence. Known for her creativity and warm client-centered approach, Johnna makes the home-building experience enjoyable, seamless, and personalized.

Jay Sams

Sales & Client Relations
Jay brings extensive experience in new construction and luxury custom homes. A consistent multi-million-dollar producer, he is known for his strong client advocacy, market knowledge, and commitment to exceptional service. Outside of work, Jay prioritizes time with his family and maintains an active lifestyle, bringing the same energy and dedication to every client relationship.

Haso Hebib

Senior Construction Manager
Haso Hebib is a highly experienced construction professional with over five years in the industry and currently serves as the dedicated and efficient Head of the Construction Department. With a strong background in complex project management, field operations, and effective team leadership, he consistently delivers projects on time and within budget.

Tatiana Counts

Director of Operations
Tatiana supports our builder and real estate divisions with over 20 years of administrative & leadership experience. After managing medical practices in Florida and relocating to East Tennessee, she became a licensed Realtor® and joined ETNB. Tatiana coordinates projects, streamlines communication, and ensures efficient operations throughout the building process.

Kyle Johnson

Field Operations Coordinator
Kyle started as a finish/trim carpenter and has spent the last 5 years growing into a trusted field leader. He combines a craftsman’s precision with strong on-site management, keeping schedules tight, crews motivated, and quality high. Easy to work with, safety-focused, and always ready to jump in and swing a hammer when needed.

Juanita S.

Accounting & Finance Manager
With over 40 years of experience in the accounting and finance industry, Jaunita brings unmatched expertise and precision to East Tennessee Builder. For the past six years, she has been a vital part of the ETNB team, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong financial stewardship. Jaunita keeps our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
